“MY PHOTO ALBUM” takes into the double meaning which all goes back to a moment in time.

When we go through a photo album, we reflect on memories in which is captured and documented to our day to day lives. Same goes for music, albums have an impact to our life experiences at a specific time.

The various music genres that can evoke surprise and awe, are the things that Kris has reflected in his images from color, personality, emotion, mood, and compositions.

“What you are seeing is what you are hearing,” says Kris Rhymes as he channels the energy of LeBron James & Ohio influence. He lets the music guide him. Feeling the vibrations through lyrics, songs, or an entire LP such as Anita Baker’s Rapture or Bone Thugs In Harmony’s E.1999 Eternal just to name a few, is then manifested on canvas. Putting the viewer in a reflective moment, allowing travel through time embracing the connection of Art and Music, together as one through time capsules of LeBron’s life.
